  • What is the difference between group and private swimming classes?
    Group swimming classes are designed for students who want to learn swimming skills while socializing with other students. During group classes, our certified instructors will provide the same level of instruction to all students in the class, regardless of their skill level. Group classes are ideal for individuals who enjoy learning in a group setting and who want to practice their social skills while learning to swim. Private swimming classes are tailored to individual students' needs. Our certified instructors will work one-on-one with each student to develop a personalized swimming program based on their goals, skill level, and learning style. Private classes are perfect for individuals who want to learn at their own pace, who have specific goals in mind, or who may be hesitant to learn in a group setting. We offer both group and private swimming classes to ensure that all students can find the type of swimming program that best suits their needs.
  • How long does it take for me to be able to swim?
    The amount of time it takes to learn to swim varies from person to person. Factors such as age, physical ability, and comfort level in the water can all affect the learning process. However, with consistent practice and guidance from our experienced instructors, most students are able to learn the basic strokes and become comfortable in the water within a few weeks to a few months. We offer both group and private lessons to cater to individual needs and learning styles. Our goal is to help every student become a confident and competent swimmer at their own pace.
  • What are the swimming fees?
    Our fees vary depending on the type of lessons. We offer group lessons from $25 per lesson. The payment is collected on term basis. Private lessons starts from $40 per lesson. We also offer ala carte or package deals, feel free to contact us at 96794679 or for more options
  • How many sessions are there?
    Our group lessons are scheduled on term basis. Each term consist of 10 lessons, each lasting 45minutes. The schedule will be shared beforehand so that you are aware of the dates. Our private lessons are flexible, you can have the lessons intensively, or more relaxed.
  • What is the duration for each lesson?
    Each classes is typically 45min. Private classes can discuss with us beforehand to see if you wish to have longer or shorter sessions, we will be able to arrange for you.
  • What if I am unable to attend the lesson due to other commitments or a medical reason?
    We understand that unexpected events or medical conditions can arise which may prevent you from attending your scheduled lesson. If you are in a group class and unable to attend a lesson, we are unable to reschedule the class for you. Please talk to us for more infuriation. If you are in private class, provide us with 24 hours advance notice, we will do our best to work with you to reschedule your lesson. please note that we cannot guarantee availability for makeup lessons, and missed lessons will not be refunded. In the event that you are unable to attend a lesson due to a medical condition, we ask that you provide us with a doctor's note outlining the dates of your absence and the reason for your inability to attend. With a doctor's note, we will do our best to reschedule your lesson at a more convenient time for you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in us a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all of our students.
  • What if there is bad weather (i.e. lightning, heavy rain, haze)?
    The safety of our students is our top priority. In the event of bad weather, we follow the guidelines set by our National Environment Agency. In the event of bad weather (e.g. heavy rain or haze), we will evaluate the situation and make a decision on whether or not to cancel classes. We will notify all affected students as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the safety of our students and staff. Below is a guide for your reference: If the lesson is cancelled before lesson begin, Extra 15 minutes will be added to the next 2 lessons. ​ If the lesson is shortened for because of the weather, Lesson will have to stopped and extra 15 minutes will be added to the next lesson. ​ If the lesson is ending and bad weather hits, Lesson will have to be stopped. No additional lesson will be given.
  • What if there are unforeseen cancellations of lessons by our Swimologist
    We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may cause a Swimologist to cancel a lesson. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible. We will also work with you to reschedule the lesson at a time that is convenient for you. Please be assured that this is very rare.
  • How do I withdraw from the class?
    It is unfortunate that you have to withdraw from the class. If you need to withdraw from a class, please contact us @ 96794679 or Our team will guide you through the process and help you with any questions you may have. Please note that withdrawal requests must be made before the start of the session, and refunds may be subject to our policies. We strive to provide the best possible service to our students and are committed to making your experience with us as positive and enjoyable as possible.
  • Are there tests or exams for swimming?
    Yes, we offer SwimSafer assessments for our swimmers. SwimSafer programme is recognised by Ministry of Education and Sport Singapore. There are 6 levels in total to assess different components of swimming and to help swimmers identify their strengths and weaknesses so that they can improve their skills.
  • How much does it cost to join the aqua fitness classes?
    We offer a range of programmes for all ages and abilities. Our pricing varies depending on the programme and the location you choose. Please contact us for more information on pricing and we will be happy to give you the most updated pricing. We understand that cost can be a factor when deciding to join a fitness programme, which is why we offer single session for new participants. This gives you the opportunity to try out our programmes and see if they are right for you before committing long term.   • What is the duration of the classes?

  • What are the aqua fitness programmes offered?
    We offer a range of aqua fitness programmes to cater to different needs and fitness levels. Our aqua fitness programmes include Aqua Aerobics, Aqua Tabata, Aqua Yoga, Aqua Pilates, Aqua Zumba and Aqua Boxing. We also have unique programmes like Aqua Spinning, FloatFit and Acqupole. Each programmes has their own advantages and there will definitely be one that you suits you. Whether you are looking to improve your fitness, lose weight, or relieve stress, our aqua fitness programmes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.   • I have booked a session but I am unable to attend due to other commitment or reason
    We understand that there are other things that might affect your initial plan. If you are unable to attend your lesson due to other commitments or a medical reason, please let us know as soon as possible. If you give us at least 24 hours' notice, we may be able to reschedule your lesson. If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice, we regret that we will not be able to offer a makeup lesson or a refund. If your absence is due to a medical reason, please let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to offer an extension on your lesson package or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances. Please note that we are unable to offer make-up lessons or refunds for lessons missed due to inclement weather or events beyond our control.   • What if there is bad weather (i.e. lightning, heavy rain, haze)?
    We prioritize the safety of our students and trainer above all else. In the event of inclement weather such as lightning, heavy rain, or haze, we will cancel classes and notify affected students via email or phone. We will also make every effort to reschedule missed classes or offer make-up sessions. Our trainer will also be on site still in case you did not receive any update.
