WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GROUP AND PRIVATE CLASSES?The main difference between the group and private class is the flexibility in the arrangement of classes. Group classes are fixed and students are to attend the sessions as per arranged. Private classes are flexible to change the sessions to accomodate to the students schedule (subjected to coaches availability).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO SWIM?On average, an individual will take about 12 sessions learn a stroke. However, to be proficient in the stroke, it will take a much longer time. It really depends on individual. We cannot expect everyone to have the same learning pace. Our Swimolgoists will adjust the programme accordingly so that you can learn what you want to achieve in the most efficient way.

HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE THERE IN A MONTH?Our classes are scheduled based on terms. Depending on the various reasons (e.g. holidays), the number of sessions in the month will vary.

WHAT IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER (I.E. LIGHTNING, HEAVY RAIN, HAZE)?Before lesson begin Lesson will be cancelled and extra 15 minutes will be added to the next 2 lessons. ​ During first 30 min of the lesson Lesson will have to stopped and extra 15 minutes will be added to the next lesson. ​ Last 15 min of the lesson Lesson will have to be stopped. No additional lesson will be given. This arrangement only applies to group classes, except group classes at public swimming complexes. Private classes will have separate arrangements. For public swimming complexes, no replacement will be made for bad weather. If you have any concerns, please contact us, we will assist you from there.

WHAT IF THERE ARE UNFORESEEN CANCELLATION OF LESSONS?This will not be common, but we do have a policy in place. Should the lesson be cancelled due to unforeseen situation, additional 15 minutes will be added to the next 2 lessons. This arrangement only applies to group classes, except group classes at public swimming pools. Private classes will have separate arrangements.

HOW DO I WITHDRAW FROM THE CLASS?It is unfortunate that you have to withdraw from the class. Talk to us about it, we will need 1 month notice for withdrawal.
