Acquapole fitness program is a training program that involves over 200 muscle strengthening and toning exercises and more than 20 associated grips. It is the only training program that allows you to fully exploit the training potential of the aquatic equipment. 

Aqua Spinning

Aqua Spinning

Aqua spinning is a stationary cycling programmes that takes place in the water. It is a low-impact exercise that is easy on the joints and can be done by people of all ages and fitness levels. The water provides resistance, which makes the workout more challenging and helps to build strength and endurance.

Aqua Tabata

Aqua Tabata

Aqua Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that is performed in water. It is a combination of Tabata training and aqua aerobics. The workout consists of a burst of high-intensity exercise followed by a short rest, repeated for a number of rounds. The exercises are performed in water and can include jumping jacks, squats, lunges, and other bodyweight exercises.

The class is set to upbeat music, and participants follow the lead of the instructor to perform a variety of moves.
