Aqua Spinning
Aqua spinning is a stationary cycling programmes that takes place in the water. It is a low-impact exercise that is easy on the joints and can be done by people of all ages and fitness levels. The water provides resistance, which makes the workout more challenging and helps to build strength and endurance.

Aqua aerobics is a form of aerobic exercise that is performed in water, usually in a pool of shallow water. Aqua Tabata
