It involves various movements that increase your heart rate, oxygen intake, and cardiovascular conditioning. It is a light-impact sport that supports your body by the water and can use floats for resistance training

The class is set to upbeat music, and participants follow the lead of the instructor to perform a variety of moves. An action-packed class designed to motivate children to stay active and maintain a happy, healthy lifestyle. Children is recommended to be 8+ years and comfortable with water. Classes are also suitable for parents to join in to encourage interactions with children.

Aqua Tabata

Aqua Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that is performed in water. It is a combination of Tabata training and aqua aerobics. The workout consists of a burst of high-intensity exercise followed by a short rest, repeated for a number of rounds. The exercises are performed in water and can include jumping jacks, squats, lunges, and other bodyweight exercises.
