Cancellation Policy

All bookings and payments are non-refundable. Participants may reschedule their booking by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled class start time. Rescheduling is subject to class availability and must be completed within the applicable package or booking validity period. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the class, as well as no-shows, will result in the session being forfeited. If a class is cancelled by us, participants may reschedule the session or receive the appropriate refund or credit.
