As we prepare for a new year, School of Swimology (SoS) is excited to announce our 2026 swimming intake. We are expanding across multiple public swimming complexes and new private venues to better serve families in the vicinity.

Whether your child is just starting out or continuing their swimming journey, our structured and progressive programmes are designed to build confidence, competence, and real-life water skills.

2026 Swimming Locations

For 2026, classes will be available at the following ActiveSG swimming complexes:

  • Bukit Batok Swimming Complex

  • Choa Chu Kang Swimming Complex

  • Clementi Swimming Complex

  • Jalan Besar Swimming Complex

  • Jurong West Swimming Complex

Our swimming classes are available across the West and Central regions of Singapore. This makes quality swim education accessible to more families.

New Private Venue Locations (Starting 2026)

In addition, we are introducing two new private venue locations. These venues offer a quieter environment and a smaller class experience:

  • Novotel Living Singapore Orchard

These venues are ideal for families looking for a more personalised learning setting. They still follow the same SoS teaching standards and curriculum.

What Age Groups Are Available?

Our programmes cater to:

Benefits of Swimming for Children

Swimming offers numerous benefits for children. It promotes physical fitness, enhances coordination, and builds endurance. Additionally, swimming can improve social skills as children interact with peers in a group setting.

Physical Fitness

Engaging in swimming helps children develop strong muscles and improve cardiovascular health. It is a low-impact activity, making it suitable for children of all ages. Regular swimming can also help maintain a healthy weight.

Coordination and Balance

Swimming requires coordination between arms and legs. This activity helps children develop better balance and body awareness. As they learn different strokes, they also enhance their motor skills.

Social Interaction

Swimming classes provide an excellent opportunity for children to meet new friends. They learn to work together in a team, which fosters social skills. Group activities encourage communication and teamwork.

Safety First

Safety is our top priority at School of Swimology. We ensure that all our instructors are certified and trained in water safety. We also maintain a safe environment in all our venues.

Lifeguard Presence

Each swimming complex has qualified lifeguards on duty. They monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all participants. Parents can feel confident that their children are in safe hands.

Emergency Procedures

We have established emergency procedures in place. Our staff is trained to handle any situation that may arise. This commitment to safety allows families to focus on learning and enjoying their swimming experience.
