Registration for SAFRA Choa Chu Kang Aqua Fitness Term 2 (April to June 2026) is now open.
This term continues to offer a structured range of water-based programmes designed to support fitness, movement, and long-term health.
From higher intensity sessions to lower impact movement work, each class is built with a clear purpose.
This term, we are also introducing a new class.
New Programme: Aqua Yoga
We are introducing Aqua Yoga as part of our Term 2 lineup.
Aqua Yoga focuses on mobility, balance, and controlled movement, using the natural support of water.
It is designed not just as exercise, but as a way to improve how your body moves.
In a chest-deep pool environment, the water creates a supportive and controlled training space:
Joints are unloaded
Movement becomes more controlled
Resistance is gentle but effective
This creates the ideal environment to improve movement safely and progressively.
What You Will Experience
Each session is structured to guide you through:
Joint opening and mobility work
Controlled strength and stability
Balance and coordination training
Breathing awareness and relaxation
Supported recovery and decompression
This is not a fast-paced class.
It is designed to help you move better, with greater control and awareness over time.
Who Is It For
Aqua Yoga is suitable for:
Individuals new to exercise
Adults looking for low-impact training
Individuals with stiffness or reduced mobility
Those returning from injury
Participants looking for a recovery-focused session
It also works well as a complement to higher intensity classes such as FloatFit or Aqua Spinning.
