SAFRA Choa Chu Kang
Wed 7:30PM – Acquapole

Thu 7:30PM – Aqua Spinning
High-intensity cycling in the water for endurance, cardio, and fun.
Fri 9:15AM & 10:15AM – Aqua Silver
Gentle aqua fitness designed for seniors, improve mobility, strength, and joint health.
Fri 7:30PM – Aqua Zumba
Dance your stress away! A fun cardio party in the pool with uplifting music.
Sat 7:30PM – Aqua Aerobics
Classic water workout that improves strength, stamina, and flexibility.
Sun 7:30PM – FloatFit HIIT
Challenge your balance with HIIT-style workouts on floating boards!
