Our Aqua Fitness classes at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang and SAFRA Mount Faber registrations now open for 2025 Term 4 (from October onwards)!

Whether you’re into cardio, dance, strength, or gentle senior-friendly workouts, there’s a class for everyBODY.


SAFRA Choa Chu Kang

  • Wed 7:30PM – Acquapole

    Full-body resistance workout using the aquatic pole, perfect for strength and balance.

  • Thu 7:30PM – Aqua Spinning

    High-intensity cycling in the water for endurance, cardio, and fun.

  • Fri 9:15AM & 10:15AM – Aqua Silver

    Gentle aqua fitness designed for seniors, improve mobility, strength, and joint health.

  • Fri 7:30PM – Aqua Zumba

    Dance your stress away! A fun cardio party in the pool with uplifting music.

  • Sat 7:30PM – Aqua Aerobics

    Classic water workout that improves strength, stamina, and flexibility.

  • Sun 7:30PM – FloatFit HIIT

    Challenge your balance with HIIT-style workouts on floating boards!


SAFRA Mount Faber

  • Mon 7:30PM – FloatFit HIIT

    Start your week strong with balance, strength, and core-focused training on the water.
